How to make your day less stressful
Have you ever started out a day with great intentions,knowing full well that you were going to get everything you want accomplished.You are ready with all of your goals and talents set on action.
Then midway through the day,or even moments later,something takes a pin and bursts your bubble.You are deflated like a balloon pounced on by a cat.Maybe it was someone telling you that you could not do it.Or maybe it was your own belief level decline because you have failed in the past.
It happens and you feel stuck again.You feel that you are not going to make it,so why should you even try.
It is not a fun place to be.
Here is how to put armour on to keep from having that happen.
Start out your morning with positive self affirmations.
What is an affirmation? It is a way to backup what you know about yourself.It is reminding yourself that no matter what,you can do what you believe can be done.
How do you do it? Take a moment to say out loud how good you are.Say what you are going to do.Set it into your mind,like one of the ten commandments chiseled into stone.
Start out your day with an extra layer of protection and watch how it can change your life.You are going to get more done and be less stressed.
