   Sure,now days we have the Hydrogen Bomb,but there is still a use for those old ‘wimpy’ Atomic bombs-right? I personally have a nostalgic place in my heart for a bomb that changed the world.

   When the world needs change there is no listing for Ghostbusters in the phonebook. Instead reality is much more useful. The good old tried and true Atomic bomb. Is there really anything more American than the Atomic bomb? 

    Do not even bring up that apple pie crap! What has that worn out pastry ever done that made a difference? Is anyone afraid of an apple pie? McDonalds cannot get rid of them,yet you put one of these nuclear goodies on the menu and goodbye dollar menu! 

    Listen up,Al Gore,the planet just sent me a text message. It says ‘Global Warming…….LOL’   It said you would know what it meant. That was random,but when good old blue planet speaks(or texts) you listen up. Personally I like disposable cups and living with freedom.

This is a system that I pulled out of a great book,and if you get the chance you really should pick this book up. ‘The Power of Focus’ by Jack Canfield  It is one of the best books I have seen in awhile,and it is not boring like alot of them out there.

   Anyway

   B-Alert which stands for,Blueprint,Action,Learn,Exercise,Rest,Think.

   Basically it is a quick checklist for your day.If you just make an effort to follow that system you can see changes almost instantly.

   See,that was short and painless.

 I would go further into it,but I must be going and it is very very simple.Want to know more?Get the book.I saw it on ebay for like $3 or Amazon for even less! I paid 4 times that for my copy.Probably worth 100grand a year to you if you read and implement the ideas.3 dollars for 100,000 dollars……not bad

How to make your day less stressful

 

Have you ever started out a day with great intentions,knowing full well that you were going to get everything you want accomplished.You are ready with all of your goals and talents set on action.

     Then midway through the day,or even moments later,something takes a pin and bursts your bubble.You are deflated like a balloon pounced on by a cat.Maybe it was someone telling you that you could not do it.Or maybe it was your own belief level decline because you have failed in the past.

  It happens and you feel stuck again.You feel that you are not going to make it,so why should you even try.

  It is not a fun place to be.

   Here is how to put armour on to keep from having that happen.

  Start out your morning with positive self affirmations.

  What is an affirmation? It is a way to backup what you know about yourself.It is reminding yourself that no matter what,you can do what you believe can be done.

  How do you do it? Take a moment to say out loud how good you are.Say what you are going to do.Set it into your mind,like one of the ten commandments chiseled into stone.

  Start out your day with an extra layer of protection and watch how it can change your life.You are going to get more done and be less stressed.
